How do you quote a job?
Tell us the service, the size of the space and how often you want it. We send a flat quote the same day, confirmed in writing before any work starts — so the price doesn't change afterwards.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean is maintenance — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces. A deep clean adds inside appliances, baseboards, grout, window tracks, light fixtures and behind furniture. Most first-time clients start with a deep clean, then switch to standard visits.
Are you insured, and who enters my home?
We carry commercial general liability insurance and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-verified. You get the name of your crew before the first visit.
Do I have to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code or building access instructions. We confirm the arrangement in writing beforehand and text you when the crew arrives and finishes.
How fast can you get to me?
Most clients are booked within the same week. Move-out and post-construction jobs can often be scheduled inside 48 hours, depending on crew availability in your region.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas in question at no charge.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — equipment, cloths and products come with the crew. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just tell us when you book.
